A Common Written Examination (CWE) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) as a pre-requisite for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre posts in 19 Public Sector Banks.

CWE Exam Details
Name of the posts: Clerical Cadre
Age limit: The candidate’s age limit is minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 01-08-2011, age relaxation as per rules.
Educational qualification:
(1) Pass with 60% marks in 10th Class. For SC-ST-OBC-PWD-EXSM candidates are just passed.
(OR)
(2) pass with 50% marks in Intermediate (10+2), For SC-ST-OBC-PWD-EXSM candidates are just passed.
(OR)
(3) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent.
Application Fee: The application fee for Rs 350/- for general candidates and Rs 50/- for SC-ST-PWD-EXSM candidates through online mode or offline mode from 24-08-2011 to 23-09-2011.
Selection procedure: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Common Written Examination.
How to apply: The eligible and qualified candidates have to apply through online from the www.ibps.in website between 25-08-2011 to 24-09-2011.
No other mode of application will be accepted. The candidates follow the user guideline and instructions at the time of online apply.
