COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION, 2011
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invites online and offline applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the recruitment of various vacancies through Combined Graduate Level Examination- 2011. Who are interested candidates may apply through online or offline.
Important Dates:
Opening Date for Online Submission: 19/03/2011.
Closing Date for Online Submission: 12/04/2011 (5:00 pm).
Last Date for receipt of application: 15/04/2011 (5:00 pm).
Date of Examination (Tier-I): 19/06/2011 and 26/06/2011.
Date of Examination (Tier-II) likely to be held: 03/09/2011 and 04/09/2011.
Age Limit: (i) 18-27 years as on for Inspector of Income Tax/ Inspector (Central Excise)/ Inspector (Preventive Officer)/ Inspector (Examiner)/ Inspector of Posts / Ass.. Enforcement Officer and Divisional Accountants / Auditors /UDCs/ Tax Assistants
(ii) 20 to 27 years as on for posts of Assistants and Sub-inspectors in CBI.
(iii) 26 years for Statistical Investigators Gr.II (iv) 20-25 years for Sub Inspectors (Ex) in Central Police Orgnisations.
(v)Usual age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PH/ExS etc. as per Govt. orders.
Application Fee : Rs 100/- for general category (No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women and Ex-ser) Fee will be paid only in the form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS), these stamps are available at the counter of all departmental post offices of the country.
The candidates submitting their applications On-Line should pay the requisite fee only through State Bank of India Challan or on-line account with SBI. Challan Form will be generated on-line.
How to Apply: The interested candidates have to apply through online or offline.
Online application form: Candidates can apply these posts online from 19/03/2011 to 12/04/2011 (5:00 pm).
Offline application form: Candidates may also apply offline in the prescribed format of application, candidates downloaded the application from the SSC website and filled the application in correct details, pasted a recent passport size photograph at space given in the application form, and send it along with necessary certificates to the respective address, on or before, 15/04/2011 (5 pm).

Educational Qualification:
(i) Graduation in any discipline from any recognised University.
(ii) Statistics/ Mathematics / Economics / Commerce subjects in Graduation for the post of Statistical Investigator Gr.II

I am selected for the tax assistant in cbdt on the basis of cgle 2010.My all india rank is 184 and westbengal rank is 31.May I expect joining and when may I expect joining letter.Kindly reply sir.
