The written exam for Clerk Staff in Associate Banks of SBI will be conducted from January 16 to 23, 2011. The SBI Hall Tickets are already sent to candidates by post. The following centers will be having exams from January 16 to January 23, 2011.

Candidates who have registered ON-LINE
Call letters have been dispatched to all the registered candidates by post under certificate of posting and also intimated by email & SMS. They will be getting the call letters by 08th January 2011, if not earlier.
Candidates who have registered on-line but could not get the call letters by 08.01.2011
Valid candidates who do not receive call letter by 08.01.2011 may download duplicate Call letter from Bank’s website www.sbi.co.in or www.statebankofindia.com by entering his Registration ID with password / Date of Birth. The facility will be available as under-

Candidates who have deposited the fees but could not register online
Candidates who have deposited necessary fees but could not register on-line may contact our Local Head Offices where they will be issued Provisional call letter after scrutiny of their identity and eligibility. The contact numbers of our Local Head Offices are given below. This facility will be available during dates mentioned against Sl. No.4 above between 10.00 a.m. and 05.30 p.m, on production of documents fulfilling their eligibility along with ORIGINAL Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan) & photo identity document for identification.NO PROVISIONAL ROLL NUMBER/CALL LETTER WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 15.01.2011 (for test dated 16th Jan 2011) & 22.01.2011 (for test dated 23rd Jan 2011)
Candidates who are unable to download duplicate Call Letters from Bank’s website
Candidates who have registered on-line & do not receive call letter by 08.01.2011 & are also unable to download duplicate call letters from Bank’s website, will be issued Duplicate Call letter from Bank’s Local Head Offices during dates mentioned against Sl.No.4 above between 10.00 a.m. and 05.30 p.m, on production of ORIGINAL Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan) & photo identity document for identification.
