SSC Recruitment 2011 - 49,080 Constable (GD) Vacancies in BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB

          Staff Selection Commission invites recruitment 2011 of 49,080 Constable (GD) vacancies in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).

    It is the first time that common recruitment exam is conducting for recruitment of Constable in CPOs  through SSC.

Total No. of Posts   : 49,080

• Constable (GD) Male : 42537 Posts 

            (BSF-13467,CISF-12120,CRPF-9508,SSB-7432)

• Constable (GD) - Female : 1257 

            (BSF-240,CISF-880,CRPF-137)

• Constable GD - Male/Female :5286 Posts in Border Districts

          (BSF Male-3369,BSF Female-60,SSB-1857)

Age limit: 18-23 years as on 01-08-2011  
        (Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.08.1988 and not later than 31.07.1993. Reservation as per Govt rules)
Educational qualification: Matriculation or 10th pass form recognized board/university.

Application fee: The candidates should pay the fee of 50/-(General category),
   (Fee exempted for SC, ST, Women, Ex-servicemen) by means of CRF Stamps only or SBI Challan or   Online Payment through account with the State Bank of India.

Selection procedure: The mode of selection is Physical Standards Test (PST), Physical Endurance Test (PET), Written Examination and Medical Examination.

How to apply: The interested candidates send the application prescribed format or Online or on Paper respectively, along with necessary certificates to the respective address on or before 04-03-2011, for far flung areas 11-03-2011.

Date of Physical Standards Test (PST), Physical Endurance Test (PET): March to May, 2011.
Date of Written Examination: 5th June, 2011
Date of Medical Examination: July-August, 2011
Date of Declaration of Result: 31st October, 2011
